Meet The Team
Founder & President

Bricesen Ross
So often we find ourselves bound by societal expectations, fighting to overcome adversity– clawing our way towards sustainable living only to be held back by the knowledge and resources we do not have. I believe that it is my purpose to share the information I have attained both as a student and a corporate employee to help others overcome systemic inequities that have kept us at bay educationally and economically for generations.
As a result of my experiences, I am uniquely qualified to speak to the unspoken ambitions of today’s youth providing both hope and encouragement to those that have been overlooked and written off. As a troubled teen I graduated HS with a 1.6 GPA, stumbling into college trying to figure out what I wanted to do. Ultimately, I was able to finish graduate school and work for one of the world's largest media companies where my knowledge was expanded daily.
While I am proud of my personal achievements, along the way I began to notice that there was a lack of diversity in the spaces I had been blessed to occupy. An ineffable amount of wealth and knowledge hovered around me each day and we –at large were excluded.
Thus, Project Ambition was born. A vehicle created to provide insight, exposure and mentorship- in an effort to ensure that the next generation is not overexposed, underdeveloped and taken advantage of when they enter Corporate America.
Hosea 4:6 says, "My people perish for lack of knowledge." It's time to shift the narrative and share the knowledge we have, opening doors for those that will come after us.
